Why did I choose this career?

When I was at school, my dream was to study geology, but over the years I realize that mathematics are not my passion. In 12th grade I was not sure if study it or something related to chemistry or biology (that I like more than math) so my options were geology, chemistry and pharmacy and forest engineering. If my elder brother wasn't studying forest engineering I think that it would be me, but I wouldn't like to study the same that him. So when I had the result of PSU I wasn't clear with my decision and I don´t wanted to lose a year thinking about it, that's why I chose to get in baccalaureate for a year. There I had subjects of every area: math, chemistry, biology, psychology and sociology. That was so important because it helped me so much in my decision: in the chemistry and biology labs I realize that it was what I like to do, and what I like to study.

Now, i'm in my first year at this career and at the moment I like it. I hope to finish it as soon as possible and start working. I'm not sure yet what is my favorite area in this career, but I still have some years to find it out.
